In the event of a no-show or same-day cancellation, a fee will be charged. The fee for a no-show is 35% of the service booked, while the fee for a same-day cancellation is $50 It is the client's responsibility to ensure their appointments are properly scheduled. I will no longer be booking appointments. In the event of you being 15 mins late to your appointment, you make be ask to reschedule or your service will be shortened due to the clients after you. IN THE EVENT THAT ONE MUST CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT PLEASE ALLOW 24 HOUR! SO THAT MY WAITLIST CAN BE NOTIFIED THAT, I HAVE AVAILABILITY TO SERVE THEM.
A NO-SHOW OR SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS A FEE WILL BE CHARGED! THE FEE FOR A NO-SHOW IS 35% OF THE SERVICE BOOKED. WHILE THE FEE FOR A SAME-DAY CANCELLATION IS $25.
IT IS THE CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITIES TO ENSURE THAT THEIR APPOINTMENTS ARE PROPERLY SCHEDULED. I WILL NO LONGER BE BOOKING APPOINTMENTS.
